I always love me some cream eyeshadows, and I’ve been seeing these around quite frequently, I actually have been resisting for quite a while, but I just couldn’t anymore, so I finally gave in and purchased it.
The packaging isn’t as nice as I thought it would be for a more high end brand, the product is packaged in a plastic pot, with a screw on lid, even though it isn’t anything luxurious, it does it’s job, so I don’t care for it too much. The colour of the lid corresponds to the colour of the eyeshadow, which therefore means that it can be easily identified when searching for it in your makeup stash, which is a nice little detail that is always rather helpful.
I’ve seen quite a few other colours, but the one that attracted my attention the most is #Snakeskin Silver which is a very pretty beige champagne colour, it has the perfect amount of shimmer that reflects the light to create a beautiful glow. I like using this all over the lid, or to highlight the inner corners and brow bone.
The texture is kind of soft and bouncy, and it glides on really smoothly and blends in very nicely, however a downside is that if you do not set it with a powder, or you don’t have a primer underneath, it will crease very easily, but if you do, it will last all day without creasing.
I would recommend this product, I purchased it from Poundland for only £1, so if you perhaps come across it, you should definitely pick it up, you really can’t go wrong with such an affordable price!
